Regardless of what one thinks aboutAlan Ritchson’s potential to play Batman, he would undoubtedly be an intriguing casting choice for the role. Alan Ritchson Would Perfectly Embody The American Spy

As reports confirm, a TV adaptation of theWolfensteinvideo games is in development at Amazon MGM Studios. Although it is still in its early stages of production and no casting announcements surrounding it have been made, it is hard not to see how Alan Ritchson could perfectly portray its protagonist, B.J. Blazkowicz.

It would be great to see Alan Ritchson as Batman if he ends up landing the part in James Gunn’s DCU. However, considering B.J. Blazkowicz’s imposing stature, fierce personality, and depthless contempt of oppression and injustice, it seems like Ritchson would brilliantly capture him on the small screen after portraying Jack Reacher.

Blazkowicz in the Wolfenstein games

According to the games, Blazkowicz is close to 6 feet 3 inches tall and is extremely muscle-bound. In terms of physicality, Alan Ritchson already seems to tick all the right boxes to play the character. Ritchson’s portrayal of Jack Reacher’s stoicism, military precision, and hardened vulnerability also makes him the ideal casting choice for B.J. Blazkowicz.

Those familiar with theWolfensteingames would also know how, despite being a serious character, Blazkowicz sometimes has a dry sense of humor. In Prime Video’sReacher, Alan Ritchson has already shown his ability to deliver sharp, understated one-liners without breaking his character’s stoic intensity. This again makes him perfect for the upcoming video game adaptation.
