According to JuniperCrossings, they make these villagers by assembling parts from various existing villagers, which likely explains why they fit theesthetic ofAnimal Crossingso well.
Shrek looks perfect, albeit a bit happier than one might expect of the ogre. He appears to have been made using a pig villager as the base, but has his iconic ears and outfit to boot. Fiona is a cat villager wearing a green dress emulating her Princess garb, with a braid and crown similar to the ones she has in the first film. Donkey is last, and looks just like his movie self, although he’s wearing a gray sweater. This isn’t the first time that this particular fan has recreated characters from theShrekmovies, as they’ve also showcased an ogre version of Fiona in the past.
Fans in the comments are extremely enthusiastic about the recreations, with some fans wishing that they could customize villagers like this in-game.
