Bodyguardis a political thriller produced for the BBC, centered on Police Sergeant David Budd (Richard Madden).David was a Scottish Army war vet of the Afghanistan War whose experiences have left him struggling with PTSDand has a volatile personality to go along with it, as well as a deep suspicion of politicians.
