AlthoughElden Ring Nightreign’s primary focus is on co-op multiplayer, each of its eight charactershas an individual storyline. These are primarily told through journal entries, which can be read at Roundtable Hold. Each constitutes a brief chapter in the associated Nightfarer’s life, and you gradually unlock more as you play through the game, putting together the pieces of each and every character’s backstory. It’s a great system that makes the Nightfarers feel like real characters, not anonymous “classes.”
That said, each character will occasionally branch out on personal missions of their own. These will occasionally take the form ofsolo boss fights, but sometimes, they’re simple, one-off objectives you may complete right alongside regular co-op gameplay. These quests are called Remembrances, and can be begun directly from your journal. The first of these many players will encounter is the Executor’s Remembrance, which requires you to find a bouquet of flowers blessed by the light of Grace, then return them to the Priestess at Roundtable Hold. Here’s how to find these Blessed Flowers inElden Ring Nightreign.

How Personal Objectives Work In Elden Ring Nightreign
And How They Impact Gameplay
Sidequests like these are called “personal objectives"inElden Ring Nightreign, and they have some unique considerations you’ll certainly want to know. Since this Remembrance comes up fairly early in the Executor’s personal questline, here’s how they work.
To set a personal objective, simply interact with the appropriate NPC in a Remembrance at Roundtable Hold. They’ll be marked with a yellow exclamation point icon on your map.Your personal objective will then remain active until you complete it or cancel it, which you can do by interacting with the Journal at Roundtable Hold. This applies even if you set out on an expedition but fail to accomplish your personal objective; when you return, it’ll still be active.

However, note thatonly one person in your party can have a personal objectiveon any given expedition. In other words, the matchmaking system will only group you with players who don’t currently have personal objectives set, which could extend your waiting time.
If possible, try queueing up for multiple expeditions at once to increase your chances of finding a party.

But once you’ve found a party and begun an expedition, you should be able to find your personal objective easily on the map. Getting to it and accomplishing the mission, however, are another story.
Where To Find Flowers For The Priestess
Blessed Flowers Location
Look for the orange banner marker on your mapas soon as you spawn; this indicates the location of the Blessed Flowers. They seem to reliably spawn in the same place every time, although there may be some variation on certain maps. In my experience, I’ve always found that the Priestess' flowers always appear along the eastern coast of the map, very near the northeast corner of Limveld. Make sure you communicate to your party members that this is your goal; sinceNightreigndoesn’t have voice chat, you’ll need to mark it on the map.
First, you’ll need to find your way over there. Depending on where you spawn, though, that may be easier said than done. Since the Blessed Flowers are so close to the edge of the map, there’s a high chance they’ll be outside the safe circle once the rains close in for the first time. If you arrive on the east side of the map, it should just be a short run over; if you spawn on the west, you may want to save your personal objective for another run. Don’t worry too much if you miss your chance on the first day, becauseyou can always return to the Blessed Flowers on Day Two.

Either way, once you get to the marked location, you’ll see a plant with budding golden flowers at the bottom of a ditch. Don’t think you may just run up and grab them, though;you’ll have to beat the boss first.
How To Beat The Stray Bloodhound Knight
Defeating The Boss
You may choose to fight the Stray Bloodhound Knight either solo or with a group of three. Either way,I’d recommend trying to level up at least once or twicebefore facing him. At low levels, even a single attack can be deadly, especially if the Knight hits you enough to inflict Bleeding. There should be a couple of easy landmarks you’re able to clear out to gain a couple of levels on the way.
Whether solo or trio, though, your primary goal, as always, should be towatch the boss' movement. The Stray Bloodhound Knight is fast, can teleport, and makes big, sweeping attacks that can easily catch you off guard. Stay back while it strings together combos, and approach only when you have a clear opportunity - usually immediately after it slams its sword on the ground.

If you are playing as the Executor, use your character skill to summon your two-handed weapon, and stay in deflect mode (hold LB/L1); you should be able to avoid most of its attacks this way. Don’t be afraid to use your Ultimate Art to overwhelm it with some burst damage, if you have the chance.
If you’re playing with a trio, though, the Stray Bloodhound Knight should be an easy takedown. Just surround the boss and smash away until it targets you, then start dodging until it’s your turn to strike again. Even so, I’d recommend gaining a couple of levels before attempting to take this boss on.

Once you’ve worn down the Bloodhound Knight’s HP, though, walk up to the flowers and interact with them. You’ll receive the Blessed Flowers, and can continue with the rest of the expedition as normal. Do note thatyou don’t need to complete all three days and beat the Nightlord to finish your personal objective; as long as the Blessed Flowers are in your inventory when the expedition ends, by victory or by defeat, you’ve satisfied your goal.
Returning To Roundtable Hold
Win or lose, you’ll be returned to Roundtable Hold after the expedition. You’ll find the Priestessstanding right where you left her. Speak with her, and give her the flowers. She’ll express her thanks, and ask that you bring it to the Iron Menial. By that, she means the Marionette, who’s waiting out by the training area.
Head outside and talk to the Iron Menial, who’ll encourage you to go back to your painting a short distance away. Walk over to it, and interact to sit down and get to work. You’ll watch a brief scene as the Executor works on his painting and muses cryptically, after which you’ll receive a pop-up that tells you a Remembrance Gate has opened.

This is effectively how you mark the quest complete, and it manifests as a little glowing pool on the ground similar to the ones that teleport you back to the entrance of a dungeon in baseElden Ring. In this case, it’s near the tree behind the Iron Menial. Interact with it to finish your Remembrance, and be teleported back to regular old Roundtable Hold. For your troubles, you’ll receive theBlessed Flowersas a green relicwith the following effects:
This has a pretty high Dex bonus for this stage of the game, and its other effect can give the Executor free healing, so I definitely recommend equipping it to them (and any other Dex-based characters) immediately. You can then continue playingElden Ring Nightreignas normal until you unlock the next chapter of the Executor’s Remembrance.
