Fan Games & Projects Help The Stardew Community Grow
There Are Lots Of Hidden Masterpieces You Should Look Out For
ConcernedApe, otherwise known as Eric Barone, has always welcomed and greatly supported fan games and mods, and even likes to play some himself. A recent example of the modding community going out of their way sawStardew Valleycollide withBaldur’s Gate 3,allowing players to marry their favorite vampire in more than one game. It’s not hard to see why Eric is so open to fan content when the community can produce gems like this, which keep people interested in the game - I’m a big fan of how the farmer was portrayed inLove in the Valley, and the entire project is very creative.
The art and music also deserve a lot of praise - artist credits are available on the itch.io page, and all the beloved residents of Pelican come across gorgeously in this new style. I would definitely recommend showing this project and everyone involved some love, as well as any other similar fangames you come across. TheStardew Valleycommunity is immensely talented, and it’s a shame that creations like these aren’t pushed out into the public eye more.
