The rarest Steam achievement inBaldur’s Gate 3is definitely not one I expected, especially considering some of the tougher requirements for some of the game’s more challenging achievements. While the"Foehammer"achievement is one that you’d probably expect to be the least-acquired in the game, there’s one that actually has a slightly lower unlock percentage, and it’s one of the easiest achievements in the game to get.
If you’ve ever played as a Bard, the"Busker"achievement should be a no-brainer. You simply need to collect 100 gold from playing music in public. The achievement asks players to"earn a hundred gold from playing sweet, sweet music in a single playthrough,“and it only has a 2.4% completion rate on Steam, which places it in the same ranks as incredibly difficult achievements like"Foehammer,“an achievement you can unlock by completing anHonour Mode run, the hardest difficulty setting in the game.

Fewer Players Have Unlocked BG3’s Busker Than Have Completed Honour Mode
It’s Not A Hard Task, But Maybe Players Just Aren’t Interested
The “Busker” achievement/trophy is one of therarest achievements inBaldur’s Gate 3,butit isn’t because it’s a particularly challenging one.Unlike achievements like “Foehammer,” its low acquisition rate is likely due to the fact that it’s a somewhat menial and tedious task with very few benefits outside of getting the actual achievement.
Unless you are actively trying tounlock this achievement, there’s a very small chance you would get it during a regular playthrough, mostly because busking is tedious and only rewards minimal gold. For a while, this achievement was also affected by a bug that stalled out how gold was tallied up from performances, but it seems like this has since been fixed (as far as I can tell).

Busker Is One Of The Easiest Achievements To Unlock In Baldur’s Gate 3
Just Go Play Some Music In The Streets Or The Bar
To unlock the"Busker"achievement, all you really need to do is go play your instrument to a crowd of people, pass a performance check, and profit. Nearby citizens and onlookers will come over and listen to you play and toss some coins on the ground, andonce you’re done playing, you simply collect the gold, rinse, and repeat(though you’ll have to wait a few minutes between busking sessions). Any crowded area will work, but you may even do this in less-crowded spaces, and people will come to toss you a few coins.
Having high Charisma and the Entertainer Proficiency will increase your likelihood of passing the required Performance check.
If you want to become part of the elite 2% of Buskers, you can unlock this trophy even if you aren’t a bard. Having high Charisma and the Entertainer Proficiency will increase your likelihood of passing the required Performance check as well, so if you’re playing any character with these advantages, you might as well take a break and do a little busking along the way. You only need 100 Gold to get thisBaldur’s Gate 3achievement, but it all has to come from citizens who enjoyed your playing.
