The point ofLove Island USAmay be to find a romantic relationship, but I’m more interested in the bromance between Ace Greene, Nic Vansteenberghe, and Taylor Williams. Ace, Nic, and Taylor all entered the villa on day one, along with Austin Shepard and Jeremiah Brown. While tensions brewed between theLove Island USAseason 7 cast members, a bromance formed.
Ace struggled to find a connection at the start ofLove Island USAseason 7. He was given the choice to couple up with either Yulissa Escobar or Chelley Bissainthe, and decided on Chelley. WhenYulissa was sent home due to pre-show behavior, Ace found himself single.
Ace’s decision to choose Yulissa was surprising, given thatAce and Chelley knew each otherbefore entering the villa. Clearly, given the later events, it was the wrong move. Luckily,his new friends in the villa were there to support him.
Now, these three Peacock cast members are runningLove Island USAseason 7. The relationships they’re forming with the women are interesting and entertaining. However, I’m far more enthralled by the budding bromance.

They’ve Become Best Friends
Ace, Nic, and Taylor became friends almost immediately onLove Island USAseason 7. They all found it easy to joke and laugh with each other, even though they barely knew one another. Plus, none of the three were interested in the same women, which kept jealousy at bay.
It probably helped that the threeLove Island USAseason 7 cast members also had a common enemy. Nic, Ace, and Taylor all took issue withHuda Mustafa’s relationship with Jeremiah Brown. They didn’t like how closed off Huda and Jeremiah were after only a few hours, much less a few days.
Taylor, Ace, and Nic took their concerns to Jeremiah, but he refused to change his behavior, even after Nic pointed out how suspicious Huda’s actions were.Jeremiah and Huda didn’t break up until America votedto pair Iris Kendall with Jeremiah, leaving Huda single. Finally, the trio got what they wanted.
I’ve loved watching a male friendship bloom on a dating show.
Throughout their time onLove Island USAseason 7, Ace, Taylor, and Nic have been inseparable. It’s been great to see people come together rather than get torn apart, as is so common on reality TV shows. I hope their friendship lasts a long time.

Nic’s Elimination Hit Them Hard
Love Island USAseason 7 introduced a new twist for Casa Amor week. This year, everyone had to couple up, and the guy and girl left single were eliminated. Unfortunately for Nic, this meant he was forced to leave the villa.
Nic’s elimination came as a shock to the men in the villa. Some fans are wondering ifAce orchestrated a plan to eliminate Austin, but when things went awry, his best friend was sent home instead. Luckily for everyone onLove Island USAseason 7 and the audience at home,Nic returned to the villashortly after the recoupling ceremony.
Before finding out the twist, I was sad to see Nic leave the Peacock dating show. However, I found Ace and Taylor’s reactions to be heartwarming. With their friend leaving the villa,Taylor was in tears.This showed Taylor’s vulnerable side, which we hadn’t gotten to see before. Plus, Ace and Taylor being so upset meant they really cared about Nic.

One Of Them Could Win The Whole Show
There arestrong couples onLove Island USAseason 7, which means the competition’s stiff. Ace is connecting with Chelley by planning villa dates, even getting Taylor to help him surprise the day trader.Nic, meanwhile, has had a strong connection with Cierra Ortega since the beginning of the season, when she walked into the villa as the first bombshell.
It’s still anyone’s game, and there are many weeks left ofLove Island USAseason 7. Personally, I’m rooting for Nic and Cierra. However, Ace and Chelley could give them a run for their money.
