Marvel Rivalsalways adds new costume skins for characters with every seasonal update, with Season 2.5 featuring one of the largest collections of cosmetics yet. With the inclusion of the new Strategist character Ultron, several costumes are being offered that relate to the theme of the deadly robot taking over. Some costumes are locked to purchases from the Store, but others can be earned from other sources for free.

Although not technically added through the Season 2.5 update, some costumes have been added in preparation for the midway point of the Season. For example, theMay 22 patch inMarvel Rivalsadded two new skins that are prominently featured in Season 2.5. That being said, with the end of some limited-time events from earlier in Season 2, some other cosmetics have disappearedfor the time being.

Season 2.5 launches with two sources for free skins- theCerebro Database II eventand the Combat Chest collection. Cerebro Database II is an event where you analyze four different character pages by completing missions to get a free skin. Meanwhile, the Combat Chest is a collection of various cosmetics that act like a mini-Battle Pass, giving you some free rewards with others locked behind a Premium version.

From my experience exploring all the new content added in Season 2.5, the table below outlines every new skin you can get for free and how you unlock them:

How To Get All Premium Season 2.5 Costumes In Marvel Rivals

Spend In-Game Currency To Unlock Cosmetics Outside The Battle Pass

Some costumes for Season 2.5 are ones added to the Storebeing sold forLattice or Units inMarvel Rivals. Like many other skins in the past, you can purchase these through a combination of the yellow and blue in-game currencies. While many of these skins do cost real-world money, the inclusion of Ultron with this update gives you plenty of cosmetics you may want to collect regardless.

The Season 2 Battle Pass has several sections where you can spend Chrono Tokens in exchange for Units and Lattice currency. If you complete different missions, you can build enough pink currency to get other money needed for buying a skin without spending your own cash.
