TMs (Technical Machines) can be obtained in all sorts of ways around the Sinnoh region inPokemon Brilliant DiamondandShining Pearl, such as defeating Gym Leaders, buying from a shop, or just picking it up off the ground.
TM 79 is a move called Dark Pulse, and if Pokemon trainers want a pretty strong Dark-type move for one of the Pokemon, here’s where they can find it inBrilliant DiamondandShining Pearl. However, players should be aware that this TM cannot be accessed until players get all of the Gym Badges and make it to Victory Road before the Pokemon League.

The Dark Pulse TM can be foundinside Victory Road, which is the long winding tunnel that players will need to get through before fighting the Elite Four and Cynthia. Theeasiest way to find it is to enter Victory Road through its back entrance by the Pokemon Leagueand then follow these directions:

Dark Pulse’s Power is 80; its Accuracy is 100, and its PP is 15.
