Its Attack, Defense, and HP stats are at maximum capacity and the Pokemon has a 3-star badge on its info screen. The shiny Kyogre has the Water-type moves Waterfall and Surf, and it was captured from a Raid with the assistance of one other player. Kyogre has a 1 in 32 chance of being a shiny, while 1 in 20 Groudon are shinies, making them two of the most common shiny Legendaries.
