Will Trentstar Ramón Rodriguez has revealed one thing that is definitely going to occur in season 4, following theWill Trentseason 3 finalecliffhanger. The latest season of the hit ABC procedural went out with a bang, as GBI Deputy Director Amanda Wagner is shot in the chest by a Founders Front terrorist. Though Amanda is taken to hospital, and has surgery, the season ends with her fate unclear, setting up a potentially emotionally grueling season 4 premiere episode. Amid that, Angie reveals that she’s pregnant.

PerLA Times,Rodriguez revealed that he is going to continue his transition into directingin season 4. He states that he will definitely be directing at least one episode over the course of the season, and that he would like to direct the season premiere, as he did in theWill Trentseason 3 premiere, “I’m A Guest Here.” He confirmed that it makes the most sense, and that he loves to set the standard for the rest of the season.
