America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleadersstar Reece Weaver may have been one of the rookies during the first season of the series, but after a breakout sophomore season, the DCC veteran proved she’s a girls girl in one pivotal moment. DuringAmerica’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleadersseason 1, Reece spent the majority of her time building bonds with fellow rookie candidates throughout the audition process and training camp. Becoming closer with Charly Barby and Kelly Villares was great for the DCC rookie until she lost both of them at the end of training camp, but once she made the team, Reece gained a large group of new friends. Now, through this season of her Dallas Cowboys Cheerleading career,Reece finally dipped her toes into the drama of the team. Proving she’s a girls girl this season, Reece faced some difficulties.

Reece Comes Off As Sweet & Wholesome On Screen
She’s Known For Her Youthful Persona
ThroughoutAmerica’s Sweetheartsseason 2, it was clear that Reece had changed after her first season with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders in more ways than one. While Reece was becoming more of a veteran to the group, she was going through changes in her personal life. Marrying her now-husband Will and moving into more of a content creator role outside of DCC,Reece was still adjusting to life awayfrom her family and building her roots in Texas. Even so,she was one of the highlights of the DCC group during her first season, and felt prepared for her second.
Reece’s personality hadn’t shifted much throughout the course of the year, though she’d matured considerably and become more confident in herself as a DCC team member. Moving into her second season, Reece was still the bubbly, sweet dancer who’d been introduced duringAmerica’s Sweetheartsseason 1, but with more experience under her belt, it was clear that she wasn’t the same innocent young woman who’d been introduced at first. WhileReece has been known for her innocent, wholesome personality, there was a bit more experience and understanding to her throughoutAmerica’s Sweetheartsseason 2, as she dealt with more drama.

She Didn’t Want To Draw Attention To It
America’s Sweetheartsseason 2 highlighted Chandi Dayle, a six year veteran who went on to become the DCC first leader for the majority of the season, and a difficult moment in her DCC career. During a trip to the Bahamas with the team where Chandi was rooming with Reece, she invited a guy back to her shared room after meeting him whilst out. Chandi, a long-time veteran, knew that it was against DCC policy to bring anyone back to the shared space for security reasons, but did so anyway.Reece, uncomfortable with the situation, spoke up to keep herself safe.

She’s Always There For The Team
AsReeceworked through her side of the drama, which made it clear that she was fending for herself and the other women whose safety could’ve been compromised by Chandi’s decision, it became clear she was uncomfortable discussing it. While Chandi may not have been happy Reecespoke up about her breaking a DCC rule, it was obvious that Reece did what she did for a good reason.
