As spotted byEurogamer, the PS Plus Last Chance section of thePlayStation Storehas been updated to include 20 games that will be leaving the PS Plus Extra and Premium tiers of the service on May 20. Some of those titles includeGTA 5,Batman: Arkham Knight, andInfamous: Second Son. Notably, there are also a few PS3 PS Plus Classic titles that will be leaving as well. This is the second-biggest wave of removals in the service’s history, just slightly less than the removal of 25 games at once last year.
GTA 5, Batman: Arkham Knight, And More Among Departing PS Plus Titles
This Is A Massive Removal
This is a large cut of the games being offered on the service.GTA 5came to Xbox Game Passearlier this month, but it looks like it’s not sticking around to be available on PlayStation Plus simultaneously.Batman: Arkham Knightwill also be leaving, which was the closing chapter of the popularArkhamseries. Surprisingly, even some first-party exclusive titles are leaving the serviceas well, withInfamous: Second Sonmaking its exit. All the games that will be leaving soon are as follows:
Most of the departing games are a bit older, but a big surprise is the removal ofResistance: Fall of ManandResistance 2,both of which were popular PS3 games and a part of the Classics Catalog, which many may have assumed would be permanently available on the service.April saw a lot of titles being added to PS Plus, includingHogwarts Legacyand the recently releasedBlue Prince, but it seems like there isn’t enough room for all these games to be available next to those new titles.
