Later,theNCISseason 22 finale shows Palmer having a strange reaction to reading Eleanor’s death certificate.
While the season ended before Palmer could reveal exactly what he saw that made him question the report’s findings, it clearly was not good news.Whatever Palmer read could then lead to Parker discovering that Eleanor never actually died in the car crashthat the local news reported on.
