The spicy ladies ofThe Real Housewives of Miamiare back for season 7, and the cast is welcoming a new friend to the main cast this season, as well as some returning friends-of.Alexia Nepola, Lisa Hochstein, Julia Lemigova, Guerdy Abraira and Larsa Pippen are all back, and they’re joined this season by real estate tycoon Stephanie Shojaee. Kiki Barth, Adriana de Moura and Marysol Patton will return as friends. Dr. Nicole Martin announced her departure in September 2024, but according to the trailer, she’ll be making an appearance and even has a surprising connection to Stephanie.
The Real Housewives of Miamiseason 6 dealt with the continuing fall-out from Lisa’s divorce from Lenny Hochstein, Guerdy’s cancer diagnosis, Larsa’s controversial on-again, off-again relationship with Marcus Jordan, and Julia’s adoption journey. Since then, Alexia announced her split from husband Todd Nepola (though the two were spotted canoodling on a beach shortly after), Larsa and Marcus called it quits, and Guerdy announced that she’s cancer-free. Knowing these ladies,the drama is far from over, and a lot more will play out on the upcoming season as they jet off to Spain and Italy.

Alexia’s life story is straight out of a soap opera: Her first husband (and the father to her sons, Frankie Rosello and Peter Rosello) was a big-time drug dealer who served time in prison; she found out about her second husband’s double life after his untimely death in 2016; and her marriage to Todd unraveled duringThe Real Housewives of Miamiseason 6. Alexia’s son, Frankie, was left permanently impaired after a car accident when he was 13 years old, and she’s been a dutiful caretaker for him ever since.
The Real Housewives of Miamiseason 7will no doubtexamine Alexia and Todd’s split, especially since the two have been spotted looking cozy even after the divorce filing. Their divorce was finalized in March, and they released a confusing statement about their marriage ending, but not their relationship, according toPeople. It remains to be seen what the current status of Todd and Alexia’s relationship is.

Lisa faced her worst nightmare duringThe Real Housewives of Miamiseason 5when her husband’s affair with a much younger woman came to light as cameras rolled. Her girlfriends rallied around her, andLisa and Lenny’s messy divorce became a major plot point. Lisa moved on with Jody Mark, whom she’s been dating since 2023.
Lisa’s relationship with Jody will take the next step as they move in together into a new luxury Miami high-rise. She’ll also strut her stuff as a model during Milan Fashion Week this season.Lisa and Jody’s relationship will face scrutiny, however, as her friends want to protect Lisa from anyone whose motives might not be so pure.

Julia’s marriage to legendary tennis player Martina Navratilova remains strong asthe two recently adopted two boys, which was a dream for Julia. An animal lover, Julia is busy taking care of her new young children, as well as the farm on her and Martina’s property. Julia is also continuing her musical aspirations as she trains for an opera.
Meanwhile, Julia’s older two daughters, Victoria and Emma, have a surprising reaction to Julia and Martina’s new family. Julia’s friendship with Guerdy is also on the rocks, as Julia said that she isn’t her “safe space” anymore in a trailer released byBravo.Julia finally has her dreamfamily with Martina, but will her older kids' reactions put a damper on her happiness?

High-end event planner Guerdy faced a devastating cancer diagnosis duringThe Real Housewives of Miamiseason 6, but she announced during that season’s reunion that she is now cancer-free. She’s enjoying a new lease on life along with husband, Russell Abraira. Still, her friendships might not be as healed as she is, as she and Julia will face drama this season.
Larsa Pippen

Larsa’s life is never drama-free. As the ex-wife of legendary NBA player Scottie Pippen,she raised eyebrows by getting into a relationship with Marcus, the son of her ex-husband’s on-court nemesis, Michael Jordan. Their age difference (she’s 50, while Marcus is 34) didn’t help matters. Larsa defended her and Marcus' relationship, but the two called it quits in February of 2024, and then again in March of 2024.
Larsa’s focus is on her childrenthis season, but of course,she can’t help but get involved in chaos. She revealed in the trailer that Marcus had been sending her “really threatening text messages” as their relationship came to an end. In happier news, Larsa’s son, Scotty Pippen Jr., has a promising NBA career of his own as part of the Memphis Grizzlies.

Making her reality TV debut this season is Stephanie, the petite real estate tycoon who drew comparisons to Dr. Nicole due to their stature and the fact that both had a private plane. There’s one other major similarity between the two, however:turns out Stephanie dated Anthony, Dr. Nicole’s husband, previously.
Stephanie made a splash in the trailer, sitting for a meal and arguing back and forth with Alexia. She also boasted about the size of her private plane. This is top-tierHousewivesbehavior, so Stephanie should be a welcome presence on the show.
Kiki Barth
Kiki Returns As A Friend-Of

Kiki has always been a lighter, breezier presence, and doesn’t always get mixed up in the main cast drama. AnotherRHOMOG, Marysol originally appeared as a main cast member for seasons 1 and 2, and as a friend-of for the remaining seasons.Marysol and Alexia’s friendship is one of the show’s most solid, and Marysol will no doubt be a support system for Alexia as she goes through her divorce from Todd. Marysol married boyfriend Steve McNamara in late 2024, which will also be featured on the upcoming season.
