The SDCC panel forThe Simpsonsincluded the show’screative team of Matt Groening, Matt Faughnan, Mike Price, and David Silverman. The creative team gave the audience confirmation that, with the current schedule for the series,The Simpsonswill air episode 800 in February of 2026.
Episode 800 will also not air alone. On the night it airs in February, two episodes ofThe Simpsonswill actually be broadcast instead. Just what is being planned for the episode, however, is “top secret” for now.
