What Pluribus' New Teaser Says About The Sci-Fi Series

The Show Remains Shrouded In Mystery

The newest teaser is urging Carol to call the number featured in the video, with the formercast member ofBetter Call Saulnot sure if she should answer the ringing phone. Calling the number in real life, however, offers a message to Carol from someone on the other end of the line. The transcript for the call reads this:

Hi Carol. We’re so glad you called. We can’t wait for you to join us. Dial 0 and we’ll get back to you via text message.

Rhea Seehorn as Kim Wexler on the phone in Better Call Saul.

Dialing 0 offers a text message directed toward Carol, saying that she “[has] agency.” Replying “YES” will sign one up for updates about the show, with the sender saying “we only want to make you happy.” While this doesn’t offer much information about thesci-fi TV show, it does reflect the happiness dilemma teased in the show’s description.

Although there’s still plenty of mystery surrounding what the show is actually about, it seems an organization is trying to get into contact with Carol, potentially trying to recruit her for something. Given the faux friendliness on the other end of the line, it seems like they could be involved in whatever happiness she’s combating. What it means remains unclear.

The Exact Nature Of What’s Going On Remains Unclear

Even though very little about the series has been revealed, this newest teaser compliments the announcement video, which saw a woman licking donuts meant to be passed out to other people.
